Speaking about mental health and addictions is difficult. Speaking about one's own mental health is even more difficult. A non-judgemental, low-threshold and a safe space in the community assists in sharing, caring and healing, even with mental health and addictions issues! The Bridge, our community-based research center just does that, by putting people in the driver's seat!
