Running in honour of my beloved grandma, Emma, and to help support seniors across Ottawa like my mom.

Description

We invite you to join TEAM GOOD COMPANIONS in the 2020 Ottawa Race Weekend! You can walk, run, cheer, raise funds, and most importantly - have fun! Funds raised will ensure that The Good Companions can to continue to provide programs and services to over 2300 seniors in our community.
