My Story…
For the past few years I have helped students meet their goals to improve their physical and mental health. This spring I am hoping to do the same. I fully support this organization and the work they do to help improve youth mental health.
Description
Please help program founder Dave Harris raise money for Team Unbreakable as he completes his 16th consecutive Missisauga Marathon in memory of his late son, Cameron. Team Unbreakable provides Physical Health for Mental health programming to thousands of youth across the province. Our mandate is Physical Health for Mental Health, and our outcomes are improved youth mental health. The program focuses on themes like Mindfulness, Goal Setting, Motivation, and Gratitude.
