My Story…
Hello! Like last year, I'll be taking part in the Mississauga Marathon on May 2 as part of my choir's fundraising efforts. A bunch of us will be walking or running the 5 km. event. Its a fun day! I ask for support, to help us put on our amazing concerts for the KW community. Donations of $20 or more get tax receipts!
Description
On May 2, 2020, the Grand Philharmonic Choir will be
participating in the Scotiabank Mississauga Marathon once again. The Scotiabank Charity Challenge fundraising event was very successful and raised a little over $9,000 for our choir last year. This year we are starting earlier and stronger than ever and we hope to do even better!
It is a fun way for us to fundraise. It gives all levels of our organisation, from the Children and Youth Choirs to the Adult and Chamber Choirs, a chance to work together at keeping our learning programs going , as well as our performances and our community events.
Please consider a donation and help us continue our 98 years tradition of choral excellence!
