My Story…
As some of you know, we lost my dad Jim "Cricket" Garrett to heart disease in Oct-2019. I am running this race in his memory and to raise funds for the American Heart Association, which funds basic research for Heart Diseases. Please consider making a donation in my dad's memory!

For almost 100 years, the American Heart Association has been fighting against heart disease and stroke, striving to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. Thanks to the consistent support of volunteers and community members like yourselves, we continue to make a difference in the health and wellness of our community year after year!
