My Story…

This year, I am running the Pittsburgh Half Marathon in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of my co-worker, Rachel. Rachel is a Multiple Myeloma Warrior, being diagnosed with the rare blood cancer in June 2017 after the upper portion of her spine had collapsed. Through all of her treatments and ups and downs this disease has thrown her way, I have NEVER seen her without a smile on her face. She is an incredibly strong, badass woman, and an inspiration to anyone lucky enough to know her!

Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
