My Story…
I've been passionate for St. Jude for a very long time, but through Tri Delta I've learned so much more and I can't think of a cause that deserves more love. St. Jude goes out of their way to make sure children with cancer get treated for free so that the only thing they're worrying about is getting better. They provide housing for families, an education for children, and provide them with opportunities to experience the world in their own unique way. St. Jude has done so much for children and families around the world, the least I can do is run a couple miles for a cause.
Description
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
