My Story…

Here’s my story at first my cousin got diagnosed with blood cancer she fought it and got through it then my aunt found out that she had blood cancer she fought it and survived it if they can stand the chemotherapy and the medical treatment then I am sure I can stand the pain for running a 10 k

Description

I am changing the world while achieving my personal best by joining The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training!  My fundraising will help explore new frontiers in blood cancer treatments while I discover new reserves of strength and performance in myself.

Did you know:

That an estimated 128,000 people are affected by blood cancers in Canada?
That someone is diagnosed every 23 minutes?
And that every 72 minutes someone will die?

I want to do my part to help change these statistics.

Unfortunately, too many of us have had cancer touch our lives and we all want to know how we can help loved ones who are battling cancer. We’re not all doctors or researchers, but we can all do our part to help.
