My name is San Patten and I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Halifax Refugee Clinic.  I've done the Blue Nose with the HRC Run-egades for several years and every time it is a blast. The 5km is not too threatening, and it goes very quickly when you spend most of the time laughing and dancing as part of the fun Run-egades team. On Team Run-egades, running is optional, but having a good time is mandatory!  Please come join us in 2020 to help support the important work of the Halifax Refugee Clinic!
