Our story…
Hello everyone and thank you for visiting the Sunflower's NAMI page. As some of you know NAMI is extremely close to my heart and they are a wonderful organization that helps people live and thrive with mental illness, like myself.
My father Tom Reich, works as a presenter for NAMI's End the Silence program. He goes to schools, hospitals, and different groups of people to share his personal story about depression and helps raise awareness and get rid of the stigma attached to mental illness.
Since the race is virtual this year and you can run/walk the 5k any time this month I have decided I would like to raise money walking dogs! One of the things that keeps me so balanced is walking dogs. I have decided
IF YOU MAKE A MINIMUM DONATION OF $20 TO THE SUNFLOWER'S TEAM FOR THE NAMI WALK I WILL WALK YOUR DOG!! Please contact me if you are interested in this and I can tell you all the details. Tips/gas money would be greatly appreciated but not required!!
