CASA SUPERHERO 5K and KIDS FUN RUN
VIRTUAL OCTOBER 30th - November 1st
Join us as we go virtual for the 2020 CASA Superhero Run & Kid's Fun Run.
As 2020 continues to throw us curveballs, we decided it would be in the best interests of everyone's health and safety to move our run to a virtual capacity, but we still need YOU!! The CASA Superhero Run & Kid's Fun Run is one of the largest fundraisers for CASA of Lafayette County that benefits the abused and neglected children in our community. Even though we are unable to host a live event in 2020, we still need your support. Please consider joining the CASA for the 2020 Virtual CASA Superhero Run & Kid's Fun Run. All registered virtual 5k participants will receive a race shirt and be able to post your 5k times to our results page. We encourage you to still dress up as your favorite superhero when you do your virtual run, and share your pictures with the hashtag #VirtualCASASuperheroRun2020. Register before October 19th to have your race shirt mailed to you before race weekend!

CASA of Lafayette County is a non-profit organization that advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children through the development and support of court-sanctioned, community-based programs which provide trained and supervised volunteers. The purpose of CASA of Lafayette County is to train volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children in court proceedings to ensure every child is in a safe and permanent home. In order to ensure a healthy future for Mississippi’s abused and neglected children, CASA of Lafayette County believes in breaking the cycle of abuse through volunteer advocacy within the court system.
