It's that time again! I'm so proud of this organization especially during theses times. We, as far as I'm concerned, have been one of the best in the world at providing educational and fun activities to do online. So this year I've put together a list of online fitness programs I am committing myself to in the month of July instead of wheeling 5km. My plan is to do 3 workouts a week, 30m-1hr/workout.
