My Story…
I have been a board member of Learning Buddies Network since its inception in 2008. All my three children had volunteered at LBN in leadership positions and had meaningful and valuable experiences. One thing that I am grateful for in this difficult time is that I can take my time in doing a half marathon this year. Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated and you will be helping to inspire the love of learning, one tutor-buddy pair at a time!
Description
Your donation allows the Learning Buddies Network to do our work! Funding pays our dedicated staff to do the many things necessary to allow the classroom learning to take place. Help us to build self-esteem and inspire a love of learning in children who would not otherwise receive the academic support they need. Our Little Buddies appreciate the program, and we love to see the light turned on and the happiness our Little Buddies experience with true achievement! We have a waitlist of schools who are requesting our services, so the more we raise the more we can do. Any race participant who raises at least $200 will have the registration fee refunded.
