Hi, I am running the equivalence of a half marathon to raise money for the Dixon Transition Society. I have been connected to this organization for 14 years ever since my good friend started working with them. This is an amazing organization that helps women and children facing domestic violence. And especially in these uncertain and stressful times, they need our help more than ever. Please consider donating if you can. Thank you!
Description
We want the children in our care to grow up safe and happy, with every opportunity to go the distance. We also know that children who grow up to respect women and express emotions in a healthy way are an indicator of the cycle of violence being broken.
Because of this, we offer a comprehensive child support program, with dedicated Child Support Workers, fun group activities and an exciting summer recreation program.
