My Story…
I was born on the North Shore 60 years ago. My family and I are blessed to call Nexwlélexwm home, and grateful to live on the unceded traditional territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. My goal is to raise $100 for each of my 60 years. I have dedicated much of my life and work to understanding and creating just relationships and well-being. I believe community-based justice is important to a just society. The Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nation has an expression - chenchenstway. It means to hold each other up. I would be grateful if you would consider holding me up as I walk around Killarney Lake - 6 times - reflecting on my 6 decades of a good life, living in great communities. Consider donating $5, $10, $15 or whatever your heart feels.
While I am walking on Sunday July 19. Our team is able to fundraise through August 7th.

Description
This is a key annual fundraiser to support having restorative justice in North Shore schools, to divert files from the criminal justice system towards a restorative, community-based response and to offer facilitation and dialogue on complex community issues. We encourage supporters to register and participate! Prizes for our top three fundraising runners will be announced in the spring. By donating to us, you contribute to ensuring access and participation in a holistic approach that develops resilience skills, builds strong relations and results in meaningful resolutions for children, youth, adults and seniors.
