My Story…
I recently was accepted into an exclusive test group for a fitness program that has not yet been released to the the public! What we’re the odds that this program happened to be a running program (the first running program EVER to be released to the platform). Reluctant to rise to the challenge - I knew I needed to improve my running so I decided to say yes to the opportunity.
This program has challenged me on a completely different level. Not only has my running improved but I am really enjoying the process. I have powered through each and every workout through a move across the country, maintaining consistency at an extremely busy time in my life. On Monday it is the FINAL day of the program which is a 5k run! In honour of this occasion I have decided to register in the Scotiabank 5k virtual run and will be putting my fundraising efforts to something near and dear to my heart - the arthritis society in honour of my mom.
