Description
Established in 1983, the Queen’s Park Healthcare Foundation is a registered charity that raises funds for The Queens Park Care Centre (QPCC) to provide physical rehabilitation excellence for patients on their journey to recovery and supportive care within a living environment for seniors unable to live at home.
The Queen’s Park Healthcare Foundation truly cares about the people that walk through the doors of Queen’s Park Care Centre.
It can be stressful when undergoing treatment of any kind, or when leaving your family house to become part of a care home.
We try to make these transitions as comfortable as possible by providing what we can to create a home-like environment at QPCC.
When you participate in the Scotiabank Charity Challenge for the Queen’s Park Healthcare Foundation, the time you spend and the money you raise goes to provide much needed equipment, programs and services at QPCC
