Before an Achilles injury, Ron was an avid runner, running 10km nearly every day. We may not be able to run with Ron, but we can run for him. We can run in honour of him and his life. Join us on this run in support of the people Ron gave his life serving. You can run, jog, slog, or walk. If you don't feel up for that, donate towards the cause. This 10k race takes place on September 14th @ 8:30am downtown Vancouver. It is called the Eastside 10k. We will be fundraising for the PHS Community Services Society. An organization that serves the most marginalized populations residing in Vancouver’s DTES that face multiple barriers due to their mental health and substance use.
