Raise money for Conservation Corps North Bay
Founded in 1982 as America’s first local youth conservation corps, CCNB has helped more than 12,000 young men and women improve their lives, while serving their local communities and the environment in Marin and Sonoma Counties. The organization’s mission is to develop youth and conserve natural resources for a strong, sustainable community.
CCNB accomplishes its mission by operating one of the few San Francisco Bay Area vocational training programs that pays young people higher-than-minimum wage for their participation, while helping them address the most fundamental barriers to employment, such as obtaining a high school diploma, learning English, gaining work experience and job readiness skills, and accessing critical social services such as housing and healthcare.
