Sonoma County Roller Derby

In 2007 Sonoma County Roller Derby (SCRD) developed a league of skaters and volunteers that worked together to bring roller derby to the North Bay. Our teams, the Sonoma County All-Stars, NorCal Growlers, Wine Country Wreckers, and North Bay Bruisers represent our county in games against teams from around the world. The Sonoma County All-Stars compete for international rankings with the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA).  

As a local registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, SCRD is focused on creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for our family of skaters and volunteers.  A crucial aspect of our success is the involvement of our larger community, and we always concentrate efforts on promoting businesses local to Sonoma County as well as the advancement of our league and players. SCRD is fervently committed to fulfilling its mission of developing an all inclusive community and fostering athletic opportunities through participation in a flat-track roller derby league. Thus, with community involvement and a positive attitude, we are able to continue to promote our league ideals of respect, acceptance, perseverance, and integrity.
