FamilyCore

Just as its name implies, FamilyCore understands that strong families, equipped with the tools and ties to succeed, are at the heart of any vibrant, tight-knit community.

FamilyCore (previously known as Counseling & Family Services) employs over 80 individuals that work with schools, the court system, and other social service agencies to connect counseling, ntervention, preventative education, and other support services with those who have a need. FamilyCore takes a holistic approach in its continuum of care, often providing boosts of support to multiple generations. The end goal is to maintain the integrity of family, however it may be defined.

FamilyCore has been a leader in the Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties for nearly 120 years in “Strengthening Families for a Stronger Community.” This is done through our many services including Adoption, Child Welfare, Counseling, Single Parent Support, and Youth Outreach. Last year alone, FamilyCore touched over 15,700 lives in the area.
