Help Jason raise money

For participating in Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon Virtual Race 2020

My Story…

Hi friends and family,

October is Learning Disabilities Awareness month and I’m fundraising by completing the 40 km Scotia Bank Marathon.

Many people I care about actively manage learning disabilities. I’m inspired daily by their courage, self-advocacy and tenacity.  I’m amazed by their resilience in the face of challenges and failure.

I’m also grateful to the many professionals who’ve supported my family over the years with assessments, consulting, counselling and amazing programming. Included in a list too long to mention them all are: teachers, psychologists, doctors, child&youth workers, tutors, and many local wrap-around agencies.

This year, the agency I’m supporting is the Learning Disabilities Association Toronto District.  They deliver signature programming for kids, adults, seniors and newcomers and work tirelessly to raise awareness and funds for learning disabilities.

Please give what you can and be confident that, thanks to Scotia Bank’s sponsorship, every dollar you give goes directly to LDATD programming administration and delivery.

Thanks and wish me luck!

Jason
