Description
Realize works to improve the daily lives of people of all ages living with HIV and other episodic disabilities. People with HIV and other episodic disabilities can face significant challenges to living well and living fully. We focus on understanding these challenges and how rehabilitation – including physical exercise, care, treatment and support – can manage them. Realize is the only organization that has worked consistently over time on issues related to rehabilitation, HIV and episodic disability.
