Description
This will be approached through encouraging employees and volunteers to take part in the event. Linking the relationship between mental health and exercise. Participants in the programs MDAO offers will also be encouraged to participate. Again, highlighting the link between promoting mental health and exercise. The employee/volunteer that raises the most amount of money will earn a prize. Social medial will also be used to attract family and friends to take part in the event.
