As of 2019, there are 26 million refugees worldwide. Each year, some of them are able to reach Canada and charities like Matthew House welcome them to our city. For over 22 years, Matthew House provides refugees with a network and a home as they struggle to start their new life. Please give what you can to join our efforts in helping them rebuild.
En 2019, il y avait 26 millions de réfugiés dans le monde. Chaque année, certains réfugiés arrivent au Canada et des organismes de bienfaisance comme Matthew House les accueillent dans notre ville. Description
Matthew House is a community of homes that welcome, shelter and assist newly arrived refugee claimants in Toronto. Our desire is to restore refugee's dignity and hope by providing emotional and physical support in a homelike setting to help them heal from their journey and establish new lives in Canada. When we run for Matthew House, we send a message that says "my Toronto is your Toronto" for vulnerable newcomers like refugees. Join our team and help transform the lives of newly-arrived refugees.
