My Story…
Social isolation is something that exists in our senior population. We see it in all aspects of senior living. Hesperus Village does such a great job in tackling social isolation and through its programming creates a healthy and inclusive community which helps break down social isolation. Covid has had an impact on social programing and it is important to help fund new ways to bring the community together. I am committed to raising money to help seniors in this residence.
Description
A rich cultural life, in its varied forms, enhances the health and lives of our residents. Social isolation is
unfortunately very common for seniors. Together with our residents, we co-create an enlivened and
rich social and cultural life to combat the isolation that some encounter due to physical or emotional
challenges or even financial constraints. Your donation will fund the costs associated with organizing a
series of social and cultural activities throughout the year.
