This is my 7th Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon and my 7th where I am raising funds for an organization that does work that's near and dear to my heart. The mental health of our young people is precious and has been greatly impacted by how COVID 19 has dramatically changed all our lives. Lumenus Community Services was able to quickly transform our walk-in mental health clinics into "call-in" clinics to ensure that young people and families could continue to get the help they need when they need it, Please support my 10km virtual walk and together we'll ensure that young people continue to be seen, be heard and be well.
