My Story…
The Green Family (Rebecca, Matt, Lauren & Thomas) is participating in the Scotia Waterfront Marathon this year! We are aiming to do five 5k walks each weekend in October while we raise funds for Children's Aid Foundation of Canada.
We'd love your support as we walk.
If we reach our goal we may even do some silly walks while on our 5k's and maybe even walk the last one dressed in costume!
Description
Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada is our country’s leading charity dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth who have experienced or live at risk of abuse and neglect. Through circumstances beyond their control, thousands of young people lack a safe home and someone to nurture their growth. The Foundation’s Stand Up for Kids national campaign for child welfare was developed to help these kids overcome their trauma and break the cycle of abuse and neglect for future generations. Join the Stand Up for Kids movement to create positive change for vulnerable youth across Canada and transform their prospects for a brighter future!
