Justice for Children and Youth (JFCY) is a charity and a legal aid clinic that helps children and teenagers who have complex legal and personal issues.  To do the work of assisting vulnerable young people, we provide legal assistance in many areas of law - including education, victimization, human rights, health and mental health, youth criminal justice, and child protection.  We represent children and young people who have slipped through the cracks. Our cases are complex and heart breaking.  Often, our clients have nowhere else to turn - they require expert assistance to find legal solutions, make connections to find other community supports, care for trauma, and help them find stability and security.
