Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph is hosting the Annual Big Little Run VIRTUALLY throughout the month of September 2020!
Run, walk OR hike a 5km, 10km or ½ Marathon route of your choice on any day in September that fits your personal schedule. Track and share your results, and keep up with the status of other participants online! We will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to do this upon registration.
Although we can’t be there in person during your races, we will stay connected throughout the months of July, August and September to provide ongoing updates and encouragement. Participants will receive a virtual bib, and Swag Bags and Medals will be available for curbside pickup during the first week of October 2020.
We may be physically distanced, but we can still go the distance together - Sign-up today to take part in a 5km, 10km or 1/2 Marathon race in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph.

Fundraising
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph supports approximately 675 local children and youth through quality mentoring programs.
BBBS creates individual and group mentoring relationships amongst adults and youth.
Mentorship is a two-way, learning and development partnership where the young person needs are placed at the centre.
Because young people’s brains are still developing, mentoring can support that process through back-and-forth interaction like the volley in a good game of ping-pong.
Mentoring is an important way to give youth experience with these essential back-and-forth relationships, developing them into healthy young people better able to deal with and overcome life’s adversities.
We have a comprehensive infrastructure for supporting mentorship partnerships: detailed legal screening of mentors to ensure child safety; a broad network of professional staff supporting mentors and volunteers; systems for selecting, approving and supporting volunteers; referring families to agencies that provide other services if required for the mentee and their family.
Stay tuned for fundraising incentives!
