1. Doing stairs and hill training. 2. Being outside in nature. 3. Giving back. Some of my favorite things! It was a no-brainer to sign up for this challenge! Will you please help me raise funds and awareness for this incredible organization that empowers people living with a barrier or disability to explore their limitless abilities through inclusive outdoor adventures rooted in nature. On June 18-21 (the tenth anniversary of when the organization's founder and supporters set off on an expedition to summit Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa), I am participating in a virtual expedition up Mt.
