You Run. You Eat. You Repeat.
And at least $10 goes to charity. This year we are donating to The MS Society of Canada.
The race this year will be a loop style course. All the loops will start and finish at The Lobby Kitchen & Bar which will act as our hub for the event. All runners for the different distance events will start at the same time but each of the events will be following a different order of loops in order to avoid congestion on the paths.
You have 3 options for distances:
Option A: 3 loops (and 3 food) for a total of 8.6 km
Option B: 5 loops (and 5 food) for a total of 16.68 km
Option C: 7 loops and (7 food) for a total of 25.35 km
In order for each loop to be considered complete you will have to finish the assigned food and present your empty dish to the race officials to receive your loop band. Once you have completed your last dish your time will stop.
