Jesse Ketchum Public School

Jesse Ketchum Public School is home to a diverse group of students from across the city. Despite being located in the heart of Yorkville for over 175 years, many of its students commute from households outside the neighbourhood, a great deal of whom have a household income below the TDSB average.

The elementary school strives to provide a meaningful and engaging curriculum for all its students, which includes access to motivating field trips, extra-curricular activities and athletics. Currently, funds for these activities are scarce due to a limited school budget and the socio-economic background of many of its parents.

Fundraising for Jesse Ketchum through the Yorkville Run will allow us to offer our students enriched experiences and provide the foundation for them to excel in all areas of their lives.
