Help Cosimo raise money

I was diagnosed with PKD in 2004. At the time, I was completely unaware what this diagnosis would mean. In the last 11 years, I started to experience the effects of the disease. I have spent countless weeks in the hospital, endured a significant amount of physical pain, several surgeries and that was just the tip of the iceberg. I missed countless milestones, holidays, and participating in my children’s lives. A heavy burden for our entire family to shoulder. On March 15th, 2020, I finally received the infamous call that a kidney had been matched to me. After spending over 3.5 years on dialysis and missing out on so much...I can finally say that I am a kidney transplant recipient. I am now well enough to give back to all those who are enduring the challenges that come with kidney disease as well as the doctors and researchers that help make advancements in kidney health.
