Dear Smiths Falls Participant,

We hope you are safe, coping, and as a means of coping, we mean training!

With the current situation surrounding COVID-19 and the long term implications (which of course, are still uncertain), we have currently put the Smiths Falls Run 2020 “on hold”.

What does this mean?

We still are awaiting answers and like you, are reviewing and abiding by all of the City-wide, Province-wide, and Canada-wide recommendations and rules during the COVID-19 crisis.

We are currently looking at "going viral" and will have more information that we will email about in the coming week(s).

PLEASE NOTE:

NEW THIS YEAR - Two deadline dates:

* Online Registration Closes - Monday June 15, 2020 - 6:00 pm EST

* Souvenir Shirt Deadline - Wednesday June 10, 2020 - 6:00 pm EST

(Those registering between the shirt deadline and the online deadline will receive a Somersault Event Series souvenir)

All entries are non-refundable. The only way to safeguard your entry fee* is to purchase cancellation insurance on your entry fee during the online registration process (*some conditions apply)

Within 2 weeks of the online registration closing as per the above date, you can transfer your entry to another participant* or you can defer to another Somersault event within the same calendar year* (*administrative fee applies). Contact info@somersault.ca with your request.

The entire request and transaction process must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks out from the event date.
