Help Katie raise money

Hi friends - I am running this year to raise money for a very worthy project at the Zoo. For the first time ever, our amazing orangutans are going to have an outdoor habitat, state-of-the-art! But we need help raising the funds to build it, and so, I am running! As most of you know, the Zoo has been a significant part of my identity for more than half my life, and I am fully committed to do my part to contribute to the success of this and all the Zoo initiatives. I have always believed so deeply in the importance of the work we do at the Toronto Zoo saving species and sharing important messages with people about our animals and the animals in the wild. They need us, and I need you! Please consider any small donation to help me get to my ambitious goal - I also haven't run in about 5 years, but I am committing to a full 10k before end of September rather than doing it in pieces, if I can make my goal!
