Our baby girl loves life & wears her big beautiful smile so proudly even though she's had a rough beginning... Jesnic was diagnosed with Epilepsy at 6 months old.  She has gone through numerous hospital stays, several EEG test, MRI scans, poked and prodded with far too many needles and through all of this at such a young age she has managed to still keep that beautiful smile on her face and has the most caring, loving, funny, and big personality.  At her worst she was having sometimes up to 20 seizures daily but I'm happy to say that today through lots of answered prayers, a ketogenic diet, and with the help of the correct combination of medicine she is now 13 months seizure free!  The next step is once she is two years seizure free we will start the process of weaning her off the medication in hopes that her seizures remain controlled by her ketogenic diet or we can at least explore more natural alternatives to medication.  Our faith is strong and we've never prayed so hard in our lives, we just know our little Fighter  will be all good.  Our strong, brave, beautiful, Warrior is the truest definition of strength!  She amazes us every single day and brings so much joy and love to our Family.  So, In support of our Warrior we've decided to participate in this years Seize The Moment Run For Epilepsy.  Our Family has learned so much through this journey that it's important to us to bring awareness and support the cause in anyway we can.  We hope that one day we can say that "our Daughter USED to have epilepsy".  Any donations made go to the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California towards the study, research, and fight to find a cure.  If your in a position that your able to donate any amount at all it's much appreciated, and if not we very much appreciate your prayers, well wishes, and continued support.  LOTS of love and respect to all of our Family and Friends, thank you!
