Friends and Family - Please join me for an awesome 5k around Lake Poway on Sunday, March 15th. Join as a participant or even a virtual runner, if you can't make it. You can also make a one-time donation to support us. I am passionate about Lacrosse and hope to play in college. This sport is not only fun, but our team is like a family.
