Join my team (Team 29) to help me, Abel McIntosh a sophmore at Poway High School, in raising money for our Varsity Lacrosse Team at our annual "Rip it and Run" 5K. You can join us for the 5K or sponsor us for the 5K. We will have SD Seal players, plenty of exercise and fun. Thank you for your consideration!
