Dear Grandpa Bob, You were such a good man. Always smiling, with the best laugh. I wish we could have helped you through your difficult times. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you fondly and wish you were here to meet my children. You have missed so much and we miss you. We know you're smiling down on us from Heaven and I am anxious for the day when I can see you again. Your story doesn't end with your pain. Your story and your memory lives on through Thumbs Up. This event was created because we wanted to share with the world what you meant to us. Selfishly, this event was to help our broken hearts. In turn, it's also helping heal other broken hearts too.
