Our story…
Plaisted Companies has been a supporter and sponsor of the Thumbs Up 5K event for the past seven years.
This local nonprofit organization raises money for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.
Their 7th Annual Virtual 5K is September 5th - 19th. You can use their 5K Course that is marked at Orono Park in Elk River, or any 5K location of your choice.
