I've been a member of Vancouver Frontrunners since 2016 and I've never met such a wonderful welcoming group of people. As a runner with on again/off again injuries, I really appreciate the walking option VFR provides, and I support the heck out of our beneficiaries - they make such a difference, and they need us now as much as ever!
