It's been 22 months since my first vestibular vertigo attack and the long journey to obtaining by Vestibular Migraine diagnosis. As it took 9 months to reach a proper diagnosis and am now on the path to managing this disease - I invite you to take strides for migraine research too! Walking has been a great tool to start my climb out of chronic - so let's all walk together!
