Registration Policies
For all adult and youth 5K registrations completed on this website during race-week (May 23-30), no refunds will be issued and all funds raised will exclusively benefit the Keep Pounding Fund administered by Atrium Health Foundation.
If you previously registered for the Keep Pounding 5K prior to the event being transitioned to a virtual format and no longer wish to participate due to this change, your registration fee will be directed to the Keep Pounding Fund and will benefit cancer research at Levine Cancer Institute and Levine Children's Hospital.
