The world is a beautiful place speckled with some dark challenges. Knowing and accepting ourselves despite those challenges that befall us help us prevail through tough times. It is also okay to not be okay! The world needs to let go of mental health stigmas and embrace the diversity of thoughts and feelings while seeking to enable the well-being of those who struggle. This goes out to those we have lost, those who are struggling, and everyone who is affected by someone’s story. We are all in this together!
