Help us raise money

Please join us in raising money for the Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth. It is a home away from home for those who do not wish to or cannot die at home and a source of support for those who choose to die at home. Rotary Hospice offers passionate palliative care at our residential hospice as well as provides support through our visiting volunteer program to those palliating at home. Just as important, support is given to those who are supporting someone's palliative journey. Whether it is care giver relief, emotional support for those at home or an opportunity for a loved one to just be a mother, daughter, son, husband or wife rather than a care giver, Rotary Hospice is there for our community with a compassionate staff and many volunteers that help make the end of life journey the best it can be.
