The Isolation Run was started as a way for both novice and seasoned runners to support frontline clinical staff during these unprecedented times. 

Keep your distance out on your next run and encourage someone to donate to the cause. Run inside your home, in your backyard, on your condo balcony...whatever it takes for you to be safe.
