Let's use this Global Running Day Virtual Challenge to connect online and show our mutual support on the pavement leading up to Global Running Day on June 3, 2020.

Here's how it works...
 | Register for the challenge. The cost is $35 (includes shipping) and we'll send out your shirt or tank within 5 business days. Just want the shirt? Click Register and choose Shirt/Tank only. |
 | This is not required, but we'd love for you to set up an account on Strava and then join our private Strava club. We'll send instructions in your confirmation email. Encouraging, reminiscing, and friendly trash-talking is permitted and encouraged. |
 | Run or walk each week! The mileage listed for each week is for ONE run/walk. The challenge runs from April 27 - June 7. |
 | Submit your time for one walk or run each week into the Virtual Results. Only submit ONE time result each week. Your distance has to be at least as long as the Distance of the Week, but it's ok if it's longer. See the chart below for more information. |
 | Cross your fingers! Each week on Monday we'll pick a random winner from each Level (I, II, III) to win a prize. Weekly prizes are randomly chosen, not based on time. You must upload your results before Sunday at midnight to be eligible for the weekly prize! |
