Our story…

HERO- (he·ro): an illustrious warrior; a person admired for achievements and noble qualities; one who shows great courage Who do you think of when you hear the word hero? A lot of people envision someone from a comic book, a parent or family member, a local community worker, military personnel etc. I see my daughter, Carter. She is the literal definition of a hero. She works hard and fights every single day to do “normal” things. She faces her challenges and conquers her fears. She is sweet (sometimes sour), funny, energetic, and all around happy. Carter is a hero!

Hello all!

We are raising funds for the children and families at Easterseals Central Illinois. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Easterseals had to suspend in person services, leaving many children without the important services they need. In just weeks, Easterseals launched a Telehealth program, allowing many children to begin receiving services once more.

It is more important than ever that the children in our community with developmental delays, disabilities and other special needs receive the services they need to be 100% Included, 100% Empowered. By donating to our team fundraising page, you can help make that happen.
