My Story…
The mental health of all Canadians has indeed been challenged over the past four months. Many of those Canadians are first responders on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
I’m running a half marathon in support of mental health initiatives for our first responders. Police, EMTs and firefighters have committed their lives to help us. It’s our responsibility to help any way we can so they can continue being the hero’s that they are!
